Nilesh & Nipa are both Information Technology professionals with more than 25 years of collective experience in Information Systems. They both believe that a web site should have a net positive effect on the bottom line by increasing revenue & efficiency while decreasing cost. After meeting with companies to find out their business needs, the Shah’s will find out the needs of the business and the processes and policies used to make business decisions. They will then help businesses find the solutions necessary to find or further strengthen their web presence. Some tools that they will offer include ecommerce-shopping carts, email marketing systems, electronic newsletters, online inventory and customer service tools, e-conference collaboration tools, etc. Their goal is not just to create a web presence but to establish long term relationships with local businesses.
