After meeting with companies to find out their business needs, the Shah’s will find out the needs of the business and the processes and policies used to make business decisions. Some tools that they will offer include ecommerce-shopping carts, email marketing systems, electronic newsletters, online inventory and customer service tools, e-conference collaboration tools, etc. Their goal is not just to create a web presence but to establish long term relationships with local businesses.
